What kinds of short films and videos can I make with your music?

The purpose of this license is to provide music that can be used as background music to complement short films and videos, not to be the focus of the short film. As it's written in the license agreement: "The Licensed Material may not be used in a production wherein the main focus is on the Licensed Material."

For example, you cannot under this license make videos similar to the videos on Soothing Relaxation.

If you want to purchase this license, you agree to follow the following the terms:

1. The Final Product can have a total duration of up to 45 minutes
2. The focus of the Final Product cannot be the music – viewers should not watch or seek out the Final Product because of the music
   • Licensor reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether the Final Product abides by this rule or not
   • A few examples of usages not permitted include:
     • A slideshow with the music playing in the background
     • A pure nature or relaxation video with the music playing in the background
     • Any video that describes the music in the title or description of the video (e.g. “Relaxing Music”)
