How do I open the zip files that I have downloaded?

When you make a purchase at soothingrelaxation.com, you instantly receive an email with the download link for your products. Our products are often provided as zip files.

Windows

If you are on a Windows machine, please follow these steps. 

1. Download the zip file(s) from the download page
2. Open File Explorer and find the downloaded file(s) on your computer 
3. Right click on on each of your downloaded zip files and click on Extract all...
4. Follow the instructions from Windows asking you where you want to save the files on your computer

The contents of the zip file have now been extracted in the folder you specified. 

Mac

If you are on a Mac computer, please follow these steps. 

1. Download the zip file(s) from the download page
2. Find the downloaded file(s) on your computer
3. Double click on the zip file 

The contents of the zip file have now been extracted in the same folder.
